Shipping policy

At Sco. studio, we are committed to providing exceptional service to our customers while prioritizing sustainability. Our policy regarding shipping and customs is as follows:

Packaging
We take extra care when packaging your orders to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Our priority is to use recyclable materials, and when possible, we reuse packaging materials without compromising the protection of your shipment. We use minimal plastics in our packaging.

Shipping
We currently don't ship to every country, but we are happy to arrange shipping to other destinations upon request. Feel free to reach out to me via the contact page or Instagram to arrange shipping to your location! Orders are typically dispatched within 3-5 days and should arrive within 1-2 weeks within the Netherlands. Please allow up to four weeks for destinations outside of the Netherlands. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. We use the most efficient and cost-effective shipping methods available, such as Post NL and DHL.

Customs
Please note that customers may be required to pay a customs clearance fee for deliveries outside of the Netherlands, as required by your port of delivery. This typically happens when shipping outside the EU.
